(*) PLEASE NOTE the week from 7th to 14th August must be combined either with the previous or the following week.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Minimum stay 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in at 5pm - Check out at 10am

COMPULSORY FEES - to be paid upon arrival
Euros 45.00 per week per person for the costs of water, electricity, kitchen gas and bed linen with weekly change. - Children 2 years old do not pay the forfait.
Final cleaning: Villa 4-6 people €85.00 - Villa 6-8 people €100.00 - except the kitchen corner which must be left cleaned by the client.
Security deposit: €200.00, (mandatory - refundable on departure).

EXTRAS ON REQUEST - to be required at the time of booking
Bath towels: €10.00 per person per week.
Baby cot: €50.00 per week;
Extra bed: €75.00 per week.
Pets are not allowed.

LATE ARRIVAL
For late arrivals, after 9pm, a supplement of Euros 50.00 will be applied.
Clients have to inform the reception in time in order to arrange the check in.
