GENERAL CONDITIONS
Minimum stay of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday; other periods on request.

Check in: from 5pm to 8pm - Check out at 10am.

COMPULSORY FEES - to be paid upon arrival
FORFAIT: Euros 35.00 per person per week for the costs of water, electricity, kitchen gas and bed linen (weekly change). - Children 0-2 years old do not pay the forfait.
Final cleaning: BILO €57.00 - TRILO €62.00 - QUADRI €85.00 excluding the kitchen corner which must be left cleaned by the client;
Security deposit: Euros 100.00 per apartment, mandatory and refundable on departure subject to inspection of the premises.

EXTRAS ON REQUEST - to be paid upon arrival and requested at the time of booking:
Bath towels: Euros 10.00 per person per week;
TV SAT: Euros 50.00 per week;
Washing machine: Euros 50.00 per week;
Air conditioning: €50.00 per week;
Baby Cot: Euros 50.00 per week;
Extra Bed: Euros 75.00 per week;
Pets are welcome with an additional supplement of €25.00 per week.

LATE ARRIVAL
For late arrivals after 9pm, a supplement of Euros 30.00 will be applied. Clients have to inform the property managers in time in order to arrange the check in.
