InnSardinia Tourist Services cannot in any case be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, possible poor of service arising out of or in any way connected with hotels, vacation rentals or any other service proposed, thefts that may be perpetrate against the clients / tenants and generally of everything that exiled from the competence of the aforesaid activity. InnSardinia Tourist Services will be nevertheless available to mediate for possible problems that may be competence of its activity.
MAKING A BOOKING
All bookings must be confirmed in written.
In the confirmation
you must state the service you wish to book, your full details or the third party
details for whom you are making the reservation for; (full name, phone number,
address, number of people you wish to book and their status).
RESERVATION FOR HOTELS & RESIDENCE
All reservations must be guarantee by credit card, Visa or MasterCard, and a partial deposit payment will be charged at the time of booking.
As some hotels and residences require full payment prior to the arrival date, the balance of charges will be due for payment no later than 8 weeks before the date of departure. If you fail to pay the balance of your confirmed holiday in full by 8 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will lose your deposit.
If you book your holiday less than 8 weeks before the date of departure, the balance of the total stay booked will be due for payment immediately upon confirmation from us.
RESERVATION FOR HOLIDAY HOMES OR OTHER SERVICES
a) Premises have to be occupied by the number of people reported at the time of booking and stated in the confirmation voucher.
b) The occupation of the premises is strongly limited to the number of beds stated in the descriptions of the apartments.
c) Check in and Check out: premises will be delivered from 5pm onwards on the arrival day. For late arrival after 8pm a supplement of euros 50.00 will be charged.
On the day of departure premises must be delivered by 10am. Other time upon request depending on the availability.
d) It is forbidden to subcontract.
However, whether the client is found in the impossibility of take advantage of the stay or service booked, he might give it to a third party for the same period and at the same booking conditions.
In this case, the client has to inform immediately our agency by fax or email within four (04) working days prior to the arrival day, stating full details of the third party, (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, address, contact telephone number), and the number of people including children.
The client and the third party are strongly responsible for the payment of the whole reservation and for any cost that we might incur for the documents.
PARTIAL DEPOSIT PAYMENT
In order to confirm your reservation, unlesse otherwise stated, a partial deposit payment of the total stay or service booked must be paid at the time of confirmation either by credit card or wire transfer.
All bookings will be considered confirmed after the reception of the deposit.
The outstanding balance must be settled, unless otherwise stated, upon arrival at the time of the service required.
event of cancellation by the client the deposit is not refundable.
you need to cancel your stay or service once it has been confirmed, you must
immediately notify us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when we receive it in writing at our offices.
As we incur costs
from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period
of stay or the service, the following cancellation charges will be applied.
Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated
on the basis of the total cost of the booking excluding the compulsory fee
or any other extras.
a) more than 6 weeks: deposit only;
b) from 5 to 4 weeks: 60%
c) from 3 to 2 weeks: 80%
d) less than 2 weeks or No Show: 100%
