The Hotel Spartivento is set in one of the most fascinating places of the island - Chia - on the southwest coast of Sardinia, at about 50kms from Cagliari. Chia is famous for its long beaches of finest white sand, sand dunes and lagoons where flamingos have found their ideal habitat.

The Hotel, surrounded by the typical mediterranean vegetation, has been built with local stone and wood. The 27 rooms, all furnished with typical Sardinian style, are provided with air-conditioning, fridge-bar, satellite TV, direct telephone, veranda and/or garden. Most of the rooms have a fantastic views on the beach of Su Giudeu and Campana. The Family rooms are on two levels - the ground floor has a lounge area, a bathroom and a night matrimonial area, the upper floor has twin beds and bathroom.

Hotel Spartivento offers an enchanting panorama of the sea, enjoyable from most of the rooms, a bar, a restaurant with typical Sardinian and International cuisine, swimming pool, tennis field, private equipped beach and a bus service to the beach. During the summer it also offers an entertainment service on the beach and various activities for children. Few meters away is the new golf field and the Field 18 Holes Pitch & Patt for which the hotel has a convention agreement.
