The Lantana Hotel & Residence is located in Pula, at just 30Kms from Cagliari on the southwest coast of Sardinia, at just 1km from the beach of Nora and 500 metres from the town center.

The Lantana Hotel & Residence has been newly built with the latest in modern hotel amenities, on ground and first floor levels in semi-circle design overlooking a central pool. The warm colours of the sun in a Mediterranean style setting dominate the architectural and interior design. The Hotel offers a high standard of self-catering & hotel accommodation.

The 13 hotel rooms offer a high standard comfort and four of them offer a relaxing space with sofa. All rooms are equipped with satellite Tv, direct phone line, mini bar and air conditioning. The 26 apartments, (1 bedroom or two bedrooms apartment), are decorated in a typical Mediterranean style, equipped with bed and bath-linen, kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave and 2 or 4 ring electric hobs.

The Hotel also offers a 400sqm lagoon-shaped swimming pool with equipped sun terrace, bar, lounge area - where breakfast and dinner are served - children's play ground, putting green (9 hole) and car parking.

Opening Period: from 28/03 to 31/10
Check-in at 2pm - Check-out at 12pm in Hotel
Check-in at 5pm - Check-out at 10am in Residence

Pets supplement: €10,00 per day - they are welcome but
not allowed to stay in the common and swimming pool areas.

LONG STAY: 10% reduction, min 14 nights on half board -

HONEY MOON: min. 7 nights - 10% reduction + free bottle of

RESIDENCE COMPULSORY FEES
€50.00 per person per week, except for children 0-12 years.
The charge includes one set of bed and bath linen with a change 
every 3-4 days, electricity, water, air conditioning, the use of 
of the swimming pool, the putting green, children's play ground
and parking space.
Final cleaning: €130.00 for the one bedroom apartment and  
€160.00 for the two bedrooms apartment.
Security deposit: €200.00

SPECIAL OFFERS
LONG STAY, minimum 14 nights: 10% reduction on the second
week of stay, except in periods 10/07-03/09/2010;

Over 65's: 10% recuction except in periods 10/07-03/09/2010
