Colonna Residence Porto Cervo

The Colonna Residence Porto Cervo Centro is situated in the centre of Porto Cervo, just a few metres from the "Piazzetta delle Chiacchiere", from the "Piazzetta del Cervo" and from "La Passeggiata" street. The furnishings are inspired by simplicity but, at the same time, with exclusive elegance offering unique corners where atmosphere and service are predominating features. The Residence features one swimming pool. Thanks to its central location, the use of the car is not essentials, except to reach the more famous beaches, the closest of which are "Il Pevero", and "Cala Granu", (approx 2kms), and the exclusive, but a little further away "Petra Manna", "Capriccioli", Romazzino", "Del Principe" and "Liscia Ruja".

The Colonna Residence Porto Cervo Centro offers 70 beds split into “Standard” and “Superior” apartments and divided into the followig typologies: MONO 2: double room (3rd bed on request), bathroom with shower, kitchenette, terrace or veranda. - BILO 3: double room, living room with sofa-bed, bathroom with tub or shower, terrace. TRILO 5: 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa-bed and kitchenette, bathroom, terrace. - QUADRI 6: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room, living room with sofa-bed, kitchenette, 2 bathroom, terrace. All apartments are equipped with private bathroom and sat TV. The MONO apartments are also equipped with air conditioning. - Pets are not allowed.

Residence Bougainvillae

In Porto Cervo Marina, 100 metres from the famous harbour, stands the Bouganvillae Residence. Near the Residence, there is the Marina Nuova, with many restaurants and famous bars, with a beautiful promenade, between wonderful ships and various shops, which leads to the famous Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, admired for his architecture. 300 metres far from the Yacht Club you find the Spiaggia dei Gigli and Cala Granu at just 900 metres far. The Pevero Golf Club, with a 18 hole golf course PAR72, is only 10mnt drive. - Residence offers a reception, a swimming pool, a little square, a snackbar, a restaurant, a laundry, and shops. All apartments are furnished with style and equipped with air-conditioned, phone, safe, private facilities and TV. - Stay from Saturday to Saturday.

Residenza Pantogia

Residenza Pantogia is a bright new complex located on the side of the hill Pantogia at just 400mt from the main road to Olbia and 700mt from the beach of Picolo Pevero. The complex offers 8 apartments all offering a breathtaking view on the sea and the Costa Smeralda. They are all equipped with high quality furniture and are equipped with air conditioning, safe box, satellite TV, antitheft system and internet access. - Pets are not allowed. - As the swimming pool of the residnece wont' be ready for this year, in order to offer swimming pool and beach service, the complex has an agreement with a hotel which is at just at 900mts away. - Stay from Saturday to Saturday.

Apartments' typology: BILO 3) one-roomed apartment, on one level, comprising of a living/dining room with panoramic veranda, a sofa bed, an equipped cooking area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Villa Monte Moro

Private villa located in Santa Teresina, at just 6kms from Porto Cervo, it is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation, with panoramic view overlooking the Cala di Volpe bay, the island of Mortorio and the hills which overlook Monte Moro. The villa offers three separate apartments equipped with high quality furniture, ample common garden with swimming pool, external showers and parking space. Pets are not allowed. - Stay from Saturday to Saturday.
Distances: 5kms from the beach of Cala di Volpe and the Pevero beach - 6kms from Porto Cervo centre – 3kms from Tennis courts – 5kms from the 18-hole Pitch & Putt Golf Course and the tourist harbour.
