GENERAL CONDITIONS
Stay from Saturday to Saturday.

WEEKLY COMPLUSORY FEE
€50.00 per person for the costs of water, electricity, bed linen and gas. - Kitchen linens are not provided.

FINAL CLEANING
Studio apartment: €50.00 - 1 Bedroom apartment: €70.00 - 2 Bedrooms apartment: €90.00 - 3 Bedrooms apartment: €100.00.
N.B. The final cleaning does not includes the cleaning of the kitchen corner, (pans, dishes, cooker and fridge). In the event of unclean kitchen by the client Euros €100.00 will be charged as penalty.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
€260.00

EXTRAS SERVICES
Additional bed linen and towels: €25.00 per person
Additional kitchen gas: €50.00
Baby Cote, infant 0-2 years: €20.00 per week.

N.B. The forfait, the cost of final cleaning, the security deposit and any other extra must be paid upon arrival before the occupancy of the apartments.
