Rates per week per apartment, VAT 10% included.
N:B: The 3 rooms apartment (60mē ) has two bathrooms.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY
Minimum stay 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. Other periods on request.
Check in at 5pm - Check out at 10am
The apartments are accessible to disable people. - No smoking apartments are also available.
Pets are welcome but not allowed in the common and swimming pool areas. - Supplement: €10,00 per day.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: €200.00 to be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
SERVICE CHARGE
weekly fee of €50.00 per week per person, (except children 0-12 years).
The charge includes one set of bed and bath linen with a change of linen every 3 / 4 days, electricity, water, air
conditioning, the use of the swimming pool, the putting green, parking space and children's play ground.
FINAL CLEANING
€130.00 for the two roomed apartment - €160.00 for the three roomed apartment.
The cleaning of the kitchen is included.
For long stay, (over one week), the Residence offers a professional cleaning of the apartment after one week stay.
This service is free of charge.
SUPPLEMENTS
Extra bed linen and towels: €15.00 per person per day on request;
Extra bed: €30.00 per person per day. - Children from 0 to 12 years old are free of charge;
Cot 0-3 years: free of charge.
SPECIAL OFFER
LONG STAY, minimum 14 nights: 10% reduction on the second
week of stay, except in periods 10/07-03/09/2010;
Over 65's: 10% recuction except in periods 10/07-03/09/2010
EARLY BOOKING: 10% reduction for bookings confirmed within
the 31/03/2010 - not valid for stay from 10/07 to 03/09/2010;
Above Residence's offers are not cumulative.
NOTES
The payment of the guarantee deposit, services and final cleaning must be paid on the arrival day directly at the hotel.
