Compulsory fee to be settled upon arrival
Service Charge, from 3 years old: Euros 80.00 per week per person for the costs of water, electricity, (except the air conditioning), kitchen gas, bed linen with weekly change, towels with biweekly change and weekly cleaning of the apartment, except the kitchen corner (dishes, pans and fridge).
Security deposit: Euros 500.00, per apartment, refundable on departure subject an inspection of the premises.

Notes
In the event of occupation by a lower number of people in the apartments T6 and Q7 a minimum of three weekly quotes is required.
The kitchen corner must be left clean by clients before their departure.
However, whether clients would rather to leave without cleaning the kitchen corner a fee of Euros 80.00 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Extras on request to be settled upon arrival
Air Conditioning per week per apartment: B3 Euros 70.00 – T6 and Q7 Euros 90.00;
Cot, infant 0-2 years: Euros 20.00 per week;

All extras and the security deposit have to be settled upon arrival before the occupancy of the apartments.
