GENERAL CONDITIONS
Stay from Saturday to Saturday.
The occupancy of the apartments is restricted to the number of beds, also when there are children for whom a cot is necessary.

EXTRA CHARGES - to be paid upon arrival
FLAT-RATE SERVICE (except children under 2 years old): €80,00 per week per person, for the costs of water, electricity, kitchen gas, bed linens (with weekly change), bath linen (with biweekly change), and weekly cleaning.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: €300,00 for damages, cautionary telephone and safe.

EXTRAS SERVICES ON REQUEST - to be paid upon arrival:
AIR CONDITIONING: MONO and BILO €100,00 per week - TRILO €120.00 per week.;
BABY COT: (up to 2 years): Free without linens - with linens €20,00 per week;
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX: €15,00 per week;
LAUNDRY SERVICE: the residence has a self service laundry facilities with the assistance of professional staff.

The Flat-Rate service and the security deposit must be paid upon arrival before the occupancy of the apartments.

All apartments are equipped with private bathroom, telephone with direct outbound calls and switchboard inbound calls, TV, safe deposit box, hairdryer and air conditioning.

Notes
In the event of occupation by a lower number of people in the Trilo C and Trilo D apartments a minimum of three weekly quotes are required.
The kitchen corner must be left clean by clients before their departure.
However, whether clients would rather to leave without cleaning the kitchen corner a fee of Euros 80.00 will be deducted from the security deposit. - In the event of garbage left in the apartment an additional Euros 100.00 will be deducted from the ecurity deposit as penalty.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

SPECIAL OFFERS
Up to June 19th and from the 11th September for two or more then two weeks of stay:
one week at full price and the others at 50% reduction (the ruduction will be applied on the lower price).

- 10% reduction for stay during the week 24/07-31/08 if combined with the previous or the following one;
- 25% reduction for stay during the week 21/08-28/08 if combined with the previous or the following one.

DELIVERY OF THE APARTMENTS
check in from 5pm to 8pm - check out at 10am.
In the event of late departure Euros 100.00 will be deducted from the security deposit as penalty.
