GENERAL CONDITIONS
Stay from Sunday to Sunday with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Midweek arrivals are also possible until June 13th and from September 12th with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

COMPULSORY FEE - to be paid upon arrival
Forfait services, mandatory from 3 years old: €28,00 per week per person, for the costs of water, electricity, kitchen gas, bed linens (with weekly change), TV, telephone and use of the swimming pool.
Final cleaning: €45.00 per apartment.
Security deposit: €100,00 for damages, cautionary telephone and safe.

CLUB CARD - from 06/06 to 12/09 mandatory from 4 years old, €28.00 per week per person.
Includes: welcome drink, a bottle of local wine in the apartment, collective Tennis and swimming courses, evening entertainments, Mini club for children 4-12 years old.

EXTRAS SERVICES ON REQUEST - to be paid upon arrival:
Bathroom linen: €7.00 per change;
Air-conditioning: €42,00 per week per apartment;
Indoor parking space: €14.00 per week;
Baby Cot: €35,00 per week;
Extra bed: 10% supplement on the total weekly rate;
Pets are allowed (small size): €49.00 per week.

The compulsory fee must be paid upon arrival before the occupancy of the apartments.
