GENERAL CONDITIONS
MINIMUM STAY: 7 nights - except in periods C and D mandatory 14 nights;
The arrival and departure dates in July and August are fixed as follow: 01-15 - 15-29 - 16-30 - 17-31 - other months free

The rates include: the costs of water, electricity and kitchen gas.

Final Cleaning per apartment, mandatory: Euros 130.00, except the kitchen corner. - In the event clients would not clean the kitchen corner, (pans, dishes, fridge, cooker), Euros 40.00 will be deducted from the security deposit as penalty.

EXTRAS ON REQUEST to be settle directly:
Bed linen and bathroom towels: €35.00 per set per person for the period of stay;
Extra set of linen €15.00 per person.

Security Deposit: Euros 200.00, refundable on departure subject to inspection of the premises.

Confirmation of booking:
40% deposit of the total stay booked at the time of booking. The balance have to be settled, mandatory, 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The occupancy of the premises is severely limited to the number of beds. Where it is possible to add a third bed or a cot, an extra weekly fee will be applied.
Clients who may need an extra bed must inform our office at the time of booking.

Delivery of the apartments: Check in from 5pm onwards - Check out at 9am
In the event of late arrivals, after 9pm, clients have to inform the residence in time. No apartments will be delivered after 11pm.
In the event of late Check out, and in any case after the pre-arranged time, the full security deposit will be kept as penalty.

The security deposit, the final cleaning and any other extras must be paid upon arrival directly at the residence before the occupancy of the premises.
